Scheana Shay plans to appear in court Wednesday to “prove” Raquel Leviss “lied” about their alleged physical altercation.
Despite Leviss previously claiming she’d drop the temporary restraining order against Shay after causing her “agony,” the “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars still have a hearing scheduled.
“We plan to show up in court tomorrow to prove these allegations are false and that Rachel lied about the entire thing,” Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, tells Page Six in a statement, referring to Leviss by her legal name.
The lawyer added that the legal team will be there to “vigorously defend” Shay.
“If they want to move forward with this tomorrow, we’re going to need to request a continuance in order to get our witnesses lined up, but we feel very confident that we will prevail in this case.”
Rahmani continued that the court “confirmed” the case is still on the calendar, so Shay and her team “must show up in order to resolve the matter or to seek the continuance to fight these scurrilous accusations and win.”
Leviss, 28, requested a restraining order after claiming that Shay punched her in the face upon learning of her affair with co-star Tom Sandoval, who had been in a 10-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
Shay, 37, and her attorney vehemently denied the allegations, calling Leviss a “liar and a cheat.”
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor continued. “The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”

Because the restraining order was still in place when the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” filmed their “exhausting” reunion last week, Bravo had to alternate between including Shay and Leviss in its seating chart.
However, a source called Leviss’ attempt to drop the restraining order a “PR stunt.”
“There is no mechanism to terminate a civil temporary restraining order (TRO) early, unlike a domestic violence temporary restraining order,” the insider pointed out.
Scandoval unraveled earlier this month when Madix discovered a sexually explicit video of Leviss on her then-boyfriend’s phone. Madix was “blindsided” by the affair, which had been going on for months under her nose.
Both Leviss and Sandoval have publicly apologized for their actions, but Madix has not responded to their apologies. Madix has thanked fans for their support following the drama.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
