EAASC is a state-of-the art ambulatory surgery center where surgeons perform multiple outpatient surgical procedures. Our center offers a safe, convenient, high quality alternative to inpatient hospitalization. EAASC is licensed by the State of Alabama, accredited by AAAHC and certified by the federal Medicare Program (CMS). Our prime location offers easy access and convenient parking for patients and their significant others who are traveling from any direction.
EAASC is located on the second floor of the Auburn Medical Pavilion and houses four operating rooms, four procedure rooms, twenty-two perioperative areas, and a central sterile reprocessing department. Our facility offers ultrasound and C-arm radiographic imaging for use during procedures, multiple surgical microscopes to assist physicians during certain surgeries, and new video equipment for use during minimally invasive arthroscopic and laparoscopic procedures.
