The next generation console will be back in stock on Dec. 15
Playstation 5 and XBox Series X consoles will be back in stock at Best Buy starting Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 8am Central Time (6AM Pacific). The arrival of the hard-to-find consoles kicks off Best Buy’s “3-Day Sale.” The consoles are only available online, and aren’t expected to remain in stock long.

After launching November 19, both consoles have suffered from stock shortages thanks to unprecedented demand and scalpers who purchase and re-sell the console at inflated prices. Tomorrow will be the first chance many eager shoppers have had to pick up the console, so if you’re one of them, you probably want to set your alarm now.
Both Playstation 5 and XBox Series X have a somewhat thin library of games right now, which is normal for a young console generation. Popular titles for the PS5 include "Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales" and a remastered version of the Playstation 3 game "Demon’s Souls," while popular titles for the XBox Series X are "Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War" and the upcoming "Halo Infinite" (release date Dec. 31),
